Damaged face

I received the spot cream waited about 5 days to use it. The first application to my face felt a tingling sensation. On the third day under I felt like a warm feeling. Then the 5th day I felt a burning feeling For the next 5 days, I tried emailing I could not get into their e-nurse check for 2 weeks. Middle of the second week. I started seeing my face darker and burning. I stopped immediately. Then I was sent to their dermatologist he said to keep applying…wait a day then every other day but keep applying the spot cream. Then wait 7 days and re-apply again. I told him over and over it was burning. He said to buy Vani cream and cortisone and mix them with the spot cream again apply over and over to my face. I felt it burning I told him what it was doing…I told them my face was a mess he continued to tell me to keep applying all 3 medicines.
I figured he knew what he was doing…after applying all the medicines for 3 weeks my face was a nightmare. Everything came to the surface on my face. I have extremely lot more pigmentation all over my face. Then he told me to take all 3 creams to my own dermatologist. I was so devastated..could not do anything for weeks thinking about what my face looked like. It’s been a real nightmare dealing with the support group at Musely. They refunded all of my money. How is the refund going to help me? My face is a disaster I want to faint every time I see my face and cry day after day. I have been fighting with Musely to help me. They still want to send me back to their dermatologist. When are they going to do something about my results using their spot cream? THEY ARE NOT DOING NOTHING TO HELP ME.
I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY STRENGTH SO PEOPLE CAN SEE WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND STILL NOT HELP ME. I WILL GO TO ABC NEWS NBC CBS NEWS AND SOCIAL MEDIA. To expose them and stand up for all other persons they are not answering to…I read a lot of bad reports.

Musely Spot Cream Works Really Well

Overall Experience:
Due to sun exposure after surfing, I had noticeable melasma on the lower part of my forehead, just over my brows. I also had noticeable sun spots under my cheekbones. Both locations are common places for melasma. At 42 it wasn’t overly damaged but I definitely saw signs of aging. I ordered Musley Spot Cream and in the beginning, could only use it a few times a week bc it definitely made my skin feel hot. After my skin got used to it I wore it almost every night, giving my face a break about 2-3x week.
After about 2 months of wear, person after random person would say ‘you don’t have any of those spots on your skin’ which was VERY different than my mother saying a few months earlier that my makeup ‘looked weird’. (No Mom, that’s not makeup, that’s my melasma.) This spot cream works.
A few IMPORTANT TIPS: I never wore it the night before expected sun exposure bc it can make your skin photosensitive. Most of the time I would skip it on Friday and Saturday night since most of my outdoor stuff is on the weekend. I use it more in the winter (3-4 nights/week with a few nights off in between) than in the summer (1-3 nights a week with a few nights off in between). You MUST wash it off in the AM before going into the sun and you must put on your daily sunscreen with this product. (If you’re trying to beat aging, sunscreen is a must. Otherwise, skip this product. You’re not serious about protecting your skin from sun damage which is a huge reason for Melasma. This product will only make you more susceptible to sun damage.) Also, they say it’s a spot cream but I use it all over my face.
It’s been a few years and my Melasma is still gone. I use this product more like maintenance now. 2x week. I wear sunscreen every day. I doubt I’ll stop using it anytime soon.
