I used this for 4 months and it did not regrow any hair, but it did keep the hair I had and made it healthier. The supplement taste is also good. It’s pricey, but Nutrafol Men Hair growth supplement covers a lot of vitamins, so it may be a minor cost increase to get healthier hair.
